Group life insurance emerges as a top employee benefit in Poland

A report by the Polish Insurance Chamber indicates that nearly half of Polish adults with life insurance receive coverage through their workplace, making group policies one of the most popular non-wage benefits.

Research conducted by Unum in collaboration with the University of Warsaw suggests that employers should move away from generational stereotypes when designing benefit programs. While different age groups may prioritize different aspects—such as older generations focusing on family protection and younger generations focusing on health security and profitability—the report notes that common desires for stability and security transcend age. Experts suggest that flexibility in group programs is essential to meet the diverse needs of multi-generational workforces.
