The regional Employment Platform has reached nearly 1.9 million unique visitors and has managed over 9,550 job offers, with more than 4,600 employers—including 3,820 companies and 787 self-employed individuals—registered on the portal.
Regarding entrepreneurship, the regional government has received 13,155 applications for self-employment aid, representing a 25.13% increase from the previous year. More than 10.2 million euros have already been paid out to 5,110 self-employed workers through programs such as the Tarifa Plana Plus. Applications show strong participation from women (47.89%) and youth under 30 (27.28%).
Additionally, the region continues to implement specialized training and employment programs, such as the Taller Plus initiatives in Hoya Gonzalo and Pioz, which combine professional training with practical work to combat depopulation and improve local labor skills in sectors like forestry and fire prevention.
