Guanajuato Governor celebrates women's digital entrepreneurship program

During the 19th anniversary of the Virtual University of the State of Guanajuato (UVEG), Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo led the “19 Años, Conectando Redes de Aliadas Digitales” event. The program aims to provide women in Guanajuato with access to technology and entrepreneurship tools.

As part of the ceremony, certificates were awarded to 250 women who completed the program, and five outstanding projects were recognized by a committee. The Governor noted that the “Aliadas Digitales” initiative is part of a broader “Estrategia Aliadas,” which currently includes 27 support programs for women covering areas such as education and health.

Due to the program's success, a new call for applications will be published soon, adding 500 free spaces to the initiative.
