Guayaquil hosts female empowerment and recognition events

Guayaquil is hosting two major events focused on female recognition and empowerment. The third edition of ‘Súper Niñas 2026’ will honor 15 girls and adolescents for their achievements in academics, sports, and the arts. The ceremony, organized by the Fundación Mañana Será Bonito in partnership with the Guayaquil Municipality, is scheduled for October 15 at the Centro Cultural Olmedo.

Additionally, the 16 candidates for the ‘Reina de Guayaquil 2026’ pageant have been officially presented at the Salón de la Ciudad. This edition marks 70 years of the pageant’s modern era, which emphasizes social initiatives and female empowerment. The final election gala is set to take place on October 27.
