Morena aspirants launch state tours to promote transformation agenda

Guadalupe Eguiluz Bautista, candidate for the state coordination of the Defense of Transformation and National Sovereignty in Guerrero, outlined a health program that calls for more medical specialists, digital administration tools, additional equipment such as mastography and MRI units, and shortened wait times for surgeries and consultations. Her education proposal adds new schools, expands existing facilities, hires and trains teachers, and creates a state digital platform to promote STEM learning and improve school meal quality.

Alfredo Álvarez Cárdenas, also seeking the same coordination post, publicly supported President Claudia Sheinbaum’s anti‑femicidio initiative, urging legal harmonisation across prosecutors’ offices, coordinated protection protocols for victims, and strengthened social‑fabric programmes.

Carlos Torres Piña toured Michoacán’s Ciénega de Chapala, meeting fishing families and visiting an industrial ironwork workshop, urging local unity to sustain the transformation agenda.

Froylán Gámez Gamboa travelled through Cananea, Sonora, speaking with families and local leaders, stressing historical social‑justice struggles and the need for continued cohesion under the leadership of Sheinbaum and Governor Alfonso Durazo.

Ana Paty Peralta visited the Rio Hondo border area in Quintana Roo, highlighting the historic importance of defending Mexico’s sovereignty at the natural frontier and distributing the party newspaper to local residents. All candidates frame their regional actions as part of the broader national agenda promoted by President Sheinbaum.
