The report analysed around two hundred videos and concluded that the outlet’s editorial line prioritises sensational topics, true‑crime stories and pseudo‑scientific or conspiratorial guests to generate clicks. Revenue relies heavily on YouTube ad income, product placements (starting at €17,000) and sponsored videos costing up to €62,000.

Separately, creator TPZ released a 1‑hour‑15‑minute documentary that alleged misconduct and opaque practices within LEGEND and its creator‑network agency Influx. The film was removed from YouTube within hours. TPZ accused the platform of suppressing the investigation, describing the takedown as a deliberate act of censorship.

Both pieces highlight concerns over the commercial model, editorial standards and transparency of LEGEND, prompting public debate about the influence of monetised YouTube media in France.
