Gunvor Group rebrands as Centalion and moves headquarters to Singapore

Gunvor Group Ltd has announced it will change its name to Centalion Group Ltd and redomicile its corporate headquarters from Cyprus to Singapore. The decision follows a management buyout completed in December 2025 and reflects a new ownership structure and strategic direction.

Chairman and CEO Gary Pedersen stated the move is intended to accelerate the firm's position as a leading physical energy and metals trader. While the headquarters will move to Singapore, the company will maintain major trading offices in Geneva, Switzerland, and Houston, Texas.

The rebranding supports the company's diverse trading activities, which include crude oil, refined products, natural gas, LNG, power, battery storage, biofuels, carbon credits, and metals and minerals. Centalion also maintains significant global shipping operations and is expanding its role as an investment partner in the energy sector.
