Centalion Group rebranding and relocation

Overview

Gunvor Group Ltd has announced it is rebranding as Centalion Group Ltd and relocating its corporate headquarters from Cyprus to Singapore. This transition follows a management buyout finalized in December 2025 and is intended to leverage Singapore’s financial and trading infrastructure.

This acquisition includes 72,000 acres in the Haynesville Basin across Louisiana and Texas, which produces roughly 300 million cubic feet of gas per day. The expansion is driven by global demand for U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) and rising energy needs from data centers.
