GVVV coaches suspended after player assaulted in Dutch football match
A match in the Dutch third division between IJsselmeervogels and GVVV was abandoned at halftime following a violent incident in the player tunnel. IJsselmeervogels player Quiermo Dumay was reportedly struck by GVVV assistant coach Jhon van Beukering, resulting in Dumay losing several teeth and requiring medical attention from a jaw surgeon.
