Ha Tinh reviews 2026–2030 medium-term public investment plan

The Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council recently met with the Department of Finance to review the medium-term public investment plan for the 2026–2030 period. The proposed total investment from the state budget is approximately 34,079 billion VND. This includes 7,007.81 billion VND from the central budget and 27,071.328 billion VND from the local budget.

The plan involves 176 projects, which represents a 57.5% decrease in the number of projects compared to the 2021–2025 period. Central budget funds are expected to support two ongoing projects, one investment preparation task, and three new projects, including road extensions and flood prevention systems in the Vung Ang Economic Zone. Local budget funds will be allocated to 166 projects, with approximately 9,581 billion VND designated for commune-level tasks and 17,490 billion VND for provincial-level projects.
