Ha Tinh traffic accident involving tractor-trailer leaves one dead

A fatal traffic accident occurred in Ha Tinh province on August 24 at approximately 10:30 AM. A Laotian-registered tractor-trailer was traveling north-south when it collided with a motorcycle at the intersection of the Ha Tinh City bypass and the highway access road.

The collision resulted in the death of the motorcyclist, identified as Nguyen Van H. While the road surface and safety signage were reported to be in good condition, the traffic lights at the intersection were non-functional at the time of the accident due to a power outage. Local authorities and traffic police are investigating the cause of the incident.
