Hachiban to continue selling Vegetable Tomato Ramen in Fukui

Hachiban has announced the continued sale of its ‘Vegetable Tomato Ramen’ exclusively in Fukui Prefecture. Originally a nationwide limited-time menu, the decision to extend sales in Fukui follows strong consumer demand and positive survey results from local residents.

The menu features a special tomato soup made using ‘Koshi no Ruby’, a brand tomato from Fukui Prefecture, which highlights the fruit's natural sweetness and umami with a moderate spiciness. The product will be available at all 27 Hachiban locations within the prefecture starting October 21. The price is set at 1,045 yen (including tax), with options for smaller portions and melted cheese toppings also available.
