Halkbank shares to face temporary trading suspension for secondary offering

Borsa İstanbul has announced the operational procedures for the secondary public offering of Türkiye Halk Bankası A. Ş. (HALKB) shares. As part of this process, the bank's capital is set to increase from approximately 7.18 billion TL to 8.98 billion TL.

At the bank's request, Borsa İstanbul has decided to temporarily suspend trading of HALKB shares, as well as related futures and options contracts on the Derivatives Market. This suspension will take effect on a date to be determined by the bank, following the approval of the offering prospectus by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
