Hamas condemns Israeli strike in western Gaza

Hamas has issued a formal statement condemning Israeli special forces for conducting an attack in the El-Ketibe region of western Gaza. The group characterized the strike, which utilized drones and artillery, as a deliberate disregard for civilian lives and a direct challenge to mediating nations.

Hamas reported that the area targeted is heavily populated by displaced Palestinians, resulting in numerous casualties. The group criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies, alleging that the Israeli government is systematically targeting civilians and deepening the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip.
