Hamburg hosts various summer food and music festivals

Hamburg is hosting several summer cultural and culinary events throughout late August and September 2026.

The Gaumen Disco festival is scheduled for August 29 at the Tranquillo courtyard and Black Delight coffee roastery. The event features various restaurants, including Koer, Sunday Service, Reichlich, Speis & Trank, LUNCH, and TWOAlphas, alongside natural wine and free coffee from Black Delight.

On the same day, August 29, a large summer edition of an Ü30 party will take place at Karoline near the Hamburg Messe. The event features four dance floors with various musical genres ranging from house and electro to 80s and 90s classics, as well as outdoor food stations.

Other upcoming food festivals in the city include the African Food Festival on September 20 at Schröderstiftstraße and a Thai Food Festival on September 13 in Schanzenpark.
