Hanmin Test reports massive revenue growth driven by AI chip demand
Hanmin Test (Hanmin Test Co., Ltd.) reported significant financial growth during its pre-listing performance briefing on August 26. Driven by rising demand for high-end chip testing in AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC), the company’s revenue from January to July 2026 reached NT$2.668 billion, a 128.18% year-on-year increase. This figure has already surpassed the company’s total revenue for the entire year of 2025.
General Manager Wang Tzu-chien highlighted that as chips evolve toward higher power consumption, density, and transmission speeds, testing complexity has increased. To address these challenges, Hanmin Test is expanding into three key new markets: high-speed memory System-Level Test (SLT) sockets, advanced packaging equipment, and silicon photonics testing. The company has already seen success with its proprietary thermal management systems and custom reflow equipment.
To support its global semiconductor clients, Hanmin Test has established operational bases in Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States, including locations in Phoenix and Oregon.
