Hanoi accelerates Ring Road 1 construction to meet September deadline

Hanoi officials are accelerating the completion of the Ring Road 1 project, specifically the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, to ensure traffic flow before the September 2 National Day holiday.

With a total investment of 7,210 billion VND from the city budget, the project spans approximately 2,274 meters. Site clearance is largely complete, and contractors have been instructed to work continuously, including holidays, to meet deadlines. The technical opening of the road is targeted for September 2, while two overpasses are expected to be completed by December 31.
