Hanoi adjusts traffic at Láng Hạ - Giảng Võ - La Thành intersection

Starting at 23:00 on September 11, the Hanoi Department of Construction will implement new traffic organization measures at the Láng Hạ - Giảng Võ - La Thành intersection. These adjustments are necessary to facilitate the construction of an overpass as part of the Ring Road 1 project (Hoàng Cầu - Voi Phục section).

Under the new plan, cars traveling from the center of the intersection will be prohibited from entering the old La Thành street to reach Hào Nam or Hoàng Cầu. Instead, vehicles traveling from Ring Road 1 toward Hào Nam and Hoàng Cầu must turn right onto Láng Hạ street and use designated median openings to turn right toward their destination.

Other specific routes include: - From Giảng Võ to Ring Road 1 (toward Nguyễn Chí Thanh): Vehicles may proceed straight through the intersection and turn right onto Ring Road 1. - From Láng Hạ to Giảng Võ: Vehicles may proceed straight through the intersection.

The Department has also requested the restoration of BRT signage on Láng Hạ street to align with the current traffic organization. Authorities have urged the Project Management Board to coordinate with local police and government agencies to ensure clear signage and to notify residents and businesses of construction barriers to minimize disruption.
