Hanoi authorities resolve forest land violations in Soc Son

Authorities in Kim Anh Commune, Hanoi, have addressed five out of six reported violations involving forest protection land and construction near Dong Do Lake in the Soc Son area. Following directives from the Hanoi City Party Committee and People's Committee, officials conducted inspections to verify land origins and management processes.

Enforcement actions included the compulsory demolition of several illegal structures. Specifically, works managed by Nguyen Van Thang and Pham Thi Thanh Bình were demolished, as were illegal items managed by Nguyen Tri Dung. In the latter case, officials also cleared a stream to ensure natural flow for disaster prevention and to restore the forest land status. Two locations used by Ngo Manh Khuong were also processed through compulsory measures.

The sixth case, involving Vu Thanh Huyen, is currently being handled by the Hanoi People's Court as an administrative case. Local authorities are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure legal compliance and proper resolution.
