Hanoi begins construction of 3,215 billion VND housing project for police forces

The Ministry of Public Security has officially commenced construction on a major housing project in Dong Anh, Hanoi, designed to support the People's Public Security forces. The project is expected to provide 1,443 social housing units and 86 commercial housing units, accommodating a maximum population of approximately 4,800 people.

Spanning roughly 8.3 hectares with a total construction floor area of approximately 227,518 square meters, the development includes residential buildings, low-rise commercial housing, and integrated infrastructure such as transportation, technical facilities, parks, and greenery. The total estimated cost for the project is approximately 3,215 billion VND.

Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc and Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. Officials stated that the project aims to improve the living standards of officers and soldiers, allowing them to stabilize their lives and focus on their duties while contributing to the urban development of the capital.
