Ministry of Public Security police housing projects in Hanoi
Overview
The Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security has initiated two significant residential development projects in Hanoi to support the People’s Public Security forces.
In the Xuan La resettlement area of Nghia Do Ward, construction has begun on a project spanning nearly 1 hectare. This development will feature two 33-story buildings with three basement levels, providing approximately 783 apartments. Major General Ha Van Tuyen noted that stable housing is critical for supporting professional development and national security efforts.
Additionally, a larger-scale project has commenced in Dong Anh. This development covers roughly 8.3 hectares with a total construction floor area of approximately 227,518 square meters. Estimated at 3,215 billion VND, the project is designed to provide 1,443 social housing units and 86 commercial housing units, accommodating up to 4,800 people. The site will include residential buildings, low-rise commercial housing, and integrated infrastructure such as parks and technical facilities.
