Hanoi Completes Land Transfer for Ring Road 3.5 in Tây Tựu Ward

On July 25, the Tây Tựu ward People's Committee and the Hanoi Urban Transport Project Management Board signed an agreement to hand over the land required for the Ring Road 3.5 section between Thượng Cát Bridge and National Route 32. The handover follows the completion of 100% exhumation, 97% acquisition of agricultural land, and the acceptance of most non‑agricultural parcels. The ward also secured land from the Lai Xá industrial zone, with many enterprises voluntarily relocating structures to accommodate the project.

Officials urged the project board to receive the transferred land promptly and begin construction to meet the city’s schedule. They also requested that the investor allocate compensation funds, carry out relocation of underground and above‑ground facilities, and support affected businesses during demolition and relocation.

The project board acknowledged the ward’s efforts and committed to start construction as soon as the land is received, ensuring the Ring Road 3.5 proceeds on time.
