Additionally, several schools in the Thanh Oai and Trung Gia areas experienced significant delivery delays, with some students not receiving lunch until nearly 1:00 PM.

In response, some schools have already taken corrective measures. Nguyen Quy Duc Primary School replaced its meal provider after reports of insufficient equipment and late deliveries. Kim Bai Primary School, which temporarily suspended boarding meals due to provider issues, is scheduled to resume service with a new vendor on September 11. The Department of Education and Training has emphasized that schools must not organize boarding services unless they can guarantee food safety, proper logistics, and adequate facilities.
