Tô Lâm inspects Hanoi infrastructure and honors Hanoi Police Football Club

General Secretary and President Tô Lâm conducted inspections of key infrastructure projects in Hanoi and attended the 70th anniversary of the Hanoi Police Football Club.

Regarding infrastructure, the President inspected the Ring Road 1 project, specifically the Hoàng Cầu-Voi Phục section, which has opened to traffic with full completion expected in 2026. He also reviewed the Ring Road 2.5 project and a 6,803m² parking and greenery area between Ring Road 1 and La Thành road. Officials reported that land clearance for the parking area is complete, with a target completion date of December 2026.

In sports, the President attended the 70th anniversary of the Hanoi Police Football Club, where the club was awarded the First-Class Labor Order. He commended the club's history and its contributions to Vietnamese football, noting its recent successes including the 2023 V.League championship.
