Hanoi Police seek two individuals for fraud and asset misappropriation

The Hanoi Police Investigation Agency has issued search decisions for two individuals, Bui Thi Thuy and Do Truong Tam, following reports of asset misappropriation and fraud.

Bui Thi Thuy (born 1989) is being sought in connection with an incident of abusing trust to appropriate property that occurred on August 16, 2022, in the Tay Ho district of Hanoi. Authorities have been unable to determine her current whereabouts.

Do Truong Tam (born 1982) is being investigated for fraud and appropriation of property related to an incident on January 2, 2020, at the Song Hong International Human Resources and General Trading Joint Stock Company. His current location is also unknown. The police have requested that anyone with information regarding their whereabouts contact the Hanoi Police or the nearest local authorities.
