Hanoi Police seek two individuals for fraud investigations

The Hanoi Police Investigation Agency has issued search decisions for two individuals, Kim Thi Loan and Truong Nhu Khoi, in connection with two separate criminal investigations.

Kim Thi Loan (born 1984, residing in Hat Mon, Hanoi) is being sought regarding an investigation into fraudulent appropriation of property. Authorities have been unable to determine her current location.

Truong Nhu Khoi (born 1973, residing in Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) is being sought in relation to an investigation into the abuse of trust to appropriate property. His current whereabouts are also unknown.

Authorities have requested that anyone with information regarding their location contact the Hanoi Police Investigation Agency or the nearest police station immediately.
