Hanuman Ansh becomes 2026's second highest domestic grosser

The devotional drama Hanuman Ansh has become the second highest domestic grosser of 2026, surpassing the figures of Border 2. Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi and based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, the film has seen a significant surge in earnings after a slow start.

As of October 10, 2026, the film's domestic net collection stands at approximately Rs 331.63 crore, with a worldwide gross reaching Rs 431.85 crore. The film's Telugu dubbed version has shown strong performance, recently outperforming the Hindi release in daily collections.

Produced on a reported budget of Rs 2 crore, the film's success is noted for its high return on investment and its potential to influence trends for mid-scale devotional cinema. The film's popularity has also reportedly led to an increase in pilgrims and tourists at Kainchi Dham.
