Harish Rao accuses Congress government of planning to sell Miyapur land

Former Minister and BRS Deputy Leader Harish Rao has accused the current Congress government of intending to sell 550 acres of valuable government land in Miyapur, Hyderabad. Rao claimed that the previous BRS government fought a legal battle in the Supreme Court for eight years to protect this land.

He stated that the BRS administration, under former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, appointed senior advocate C.S. Vaidyanathan in 2015 to defend the state's interests. Rao asserted that Supreme Court records confirm the legal groundwork laid by the previous administration, specifically citing the Trinity Infra Ventures case as a foundation for the recent rulings regarding the Miyapur land.

Rao criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, alleging that the Chief Minister's recent statements regarding the land are untruthful and that the current administration is disregarding the legal victories achieved by the previous government.
