Harlech Foodservice reports 1,100% increase in festive pre-orders

Harlech Foodservice, a North Wales-based food wholesaler, has reported a 1,100 per cent increase in festive pre-orders compared to the previous year. The company is currently on track to achieve record sales of £75 million.

To prepare for the season, the firm hosted its inaugural Christmas Roadshow in Wrexham, bringing together 40 staff members and 28 producers. The event utilized a speed-dating format to allow suppliers to educate sales, marketing, and supply chain teams about their products. The company’s new Christmas brochure features 420 products, including 78 new lines intended for restaurants, pubs, schools, and hospitals across Wales, the Midlands, Shropshire, and the North West of England.
