Haryana Chief Minister leads investment outreach in Mumbai
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is leading a high-level investment outreach programme in Mumbai on August 23 and 24. The initiative serves as a precursor to the ‘Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit’ scheduled for April 2027. The program aims to attract domestic and global capital to promote advanced industrialization and support the ‘Viksit Bharat @2047’ vision. The agenda includes an investors' meet, breakfast roundtables with private equity and venture capital representatives, and one-on-one meetings with industry leaders.
In a separate development regarding regional infrastructure, Chief Minister Saini addressed public grievances in Gurugram. During a meeting, he directed officials to improve civic amenities, specifically addressing power supply, traffic congestion, and illegal colonies. Regarding industrial power issues at Pioneer Industrial Park, the Chief Minister ordered the power department to ensure the immediate provision of land for a 33-kV substation, warning that legal action and FIRs would be initiated against developers who fail to cooperate.
