Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini criticizes Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini criticized Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann during a Teej festival celebration in Ghanaur, Patiala district. Saini accused Mann of ‘just passing time by cracking jokes’ regarding unfulfilled election promises made by the Aam Aadmi Party.

Saini highlighted that while the Aam Aadmi Party promised monthly payments to women, the Punjab government has yet to deliver, instead asking women on stage when they should receive their funds. He further alleged that poor law and order in Punjab is causing industries to migrate, leading to unemployment and increased drug addiction among youth.

In contrast, Saini detailed various welfare initiatives implemented by the Haryana government, including providing ₹2,100 monthly to 10 lakh women, subsidized LPG cylinders for families with annual incomes up to ₹8 lakh, and financial assistance for self-help groups. He also noted nutritional support of ₹6,000 for pregnant women and housing assistance for poor families.
