Hatice Öz receives support from 11 NGOs for ATSO presidency

Hatice Öz, a candidate for the presidency of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO), has received formal support from 11 civil society organizations representing various ethnic communities in Antalya. These groups represent Azerbaijani, Uyghur, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Iranian, Iraqi, Turkmen, Cypriot, and Ahıska Turk populations.

Representatives from these organizations stated that their support is intended to strengthen unity and solidarity within the city. They emphasized the need for stronger representation of these communities, who contribute significantly to Antalya’s economic, commercial, and cultural life, within the ATSO framework.

In response, Öz stated that ATSO should serve as the ‘common mind’ of Antalya. Her stated priorities include strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting female entrepreneurs, increasing youth participation in the business world, and accelerating digital transformation processes.
