Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry elections

The Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) is preparing for upcoming elections. Hatice Öz, a candidate for the ATSO presidency, has secured formal support from 11 civil society organizations representing various ethnic communities in Antalya, including Azerbaijani, Uyghur, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Iranian, Iraqi, Turkmen, Cypriot, and Ahıska Turk populations. Öz has stated her priorities include supporting female entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, youth participation, and digital transformation.

ATSO has announced that the three-stage election process will take place on October 18 at the ANFAŞ Fair Center. Four primary candidates have declared their runs: Davut Çetin (Red), Hatice Öz (Orange), Berkay Bahar (Blue), and Reşat Güney (White), alongside independent groups using Yellow and Green lists. To maintain neutrality, the ATSO General Secretariat has issued a warning against the unauthorized use of the organization’s logo to endorse specific candidates or campaigns, threatening legal action if violations occur.
