Health centers in Ushuaia and Río Grande announce holiday schedules

Health centers in Ushuaia, Río Grande, and Tolhuin have released their service schedules for the holiday on Monday, October 12.

In Ushuaia, three CAPS (Primary Health Care Centers) will operate from 8:00 to 16:00. CAPS 4 will provide nursing, social work, and pediatric dentistry. CAPS 5 and CAPS 9 will offer general medicine on a first-come, first-served basis, along with nursing, counseling, and scheduled immunizations, including influenza vaccines.

Río Grande will provide services from 12:00 to 18:00 at one health post and three CAPS (4, 5, and 6). These locations will offer medical attention for scheduled controls and illnesses, nursing, mandatory vaccinations for all ages, and sexual health counseling. Additionally, the Río Grande Regional Hospital will provide dental emergency services from 8:00 to 20:00.

In Tolhuin, the Modular Hospital will remain open 24 hours a day to handle all urgencies and emergencies.
