Tierra del Fuego emergency and health service updates

Overview

The provincial government of Tierra del Fuego has implemented a reorganization of emergency response channels to increase efficiency. Under the new system, the 107 line is dedicated exclusively to health emergencies and medical assistance, while the 911 line remains the primary channel for general security and non-medical emergencies.

In conjunction with these administrative changes, health centers across Ushuaia, Río Grande, and Tolhuin have released updated service schedules. These include expanded offerings at Primary Health Care Centers (CAPS) and regional hospitals, covering services such as general medicine, dentistry, vaccinations, and 24-hour emergency care.
