The selection process includes 19 programs ranging from direct access specialties like General Surgery, Pediatrics, and Anesthesiology to those requiring prerequisites, such as Nephrology and Vascular Surgery. The hospital emphasizes a ‘hands-on’ training approach, allowing residents to participate actively in clinical routines. Applications are accepted until December 3 from doctors and final-semester medical students.
