Healthcare developments reported across Chile and Argentina

Various regional healthcare initiatives and medical advancements are being reported across Latin America. In Chile, the Hospital Regional de Antofagasta successfully performed complex vocal cord paralysis surgeries led by specialist Dr. Lara Ricci, utilizing medialization thyroplasty to restore speech functions.
