The 4th Heart Day Walking Festival was held at the Olympic Park Picnic Ground in Seoul, drawing approximately 1,000 participants. Organized by the Korean Society of Cardiology and the Heart Research Foundation, the event aimed to raise public awareness regarding cardiovascular disease prevention and the benefits of regular walking.

Participants chose between a 3km general walking course and a 1.5km consideration course. The festival featured various health programs, including InBody testing, blood glucose monitoring, ECG checks, and arteriosclerosis screenings. Specialized medical consultations and CPR training sessions were also provided to help citizens manage their cardiovascular health and respond to emergencies.

Dong-A ST and Mezoo participated by operating a dedicated health experience booth alongside the Korean Pediatric Cardiology Society. Around 100 attendees utilized the HiCardi wearable ECG device to monitor real-time heart rates and oxygen saturation levels, receiving professional medical explanations based on the results. The booth also offered consultations regarding pediatric and congenital heart diseases.
