Hellenic Defense Innovation Center activates NATO DIANA Rapid Adoption Service

The Hellenic Defense Innovation Center (ELKAK) has activated its participation in the NATO DIANA Rapid Adoption Service (RAS). This initiative aims to provide international opportunities for Greek dual-use technologies that have been recognized through the NATO defense innovation accelerator.

This move establishes a direct link between the operational needs of the Greek Armed Forces, Greek dual-use companies, and the Alliance's rapid adoption mechanisms. ELKAK is specifically interested in addressing four national operational requirements through companies within the NATO DIANA network. Notable Greek startups identified in this context include SOTIRIA, Raymetrics, Fasmetrics, and Alpha Autonomy.

As part of a broader effort to boost domestic defense innovation, ELKAK will host various activities at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF). These include information sessions, reverse-pitching sessions with Greek venture capital funds, and over 20 B2B meetings between Greek startups and major defense industry players from Greece and the United Arab Emirates.
