Regional festivals and bullfighting events announced in Spain and Mexico

Various regional festivals and bullfighting events are scheduled across Spain and Mexico. In Seville, the Hermandad de la Estrella will host a charity bullfighting festival on October 4 at the Maestranza to benefit the brotherhood and Autismo Sevilla. The lineup includes João Mouray, César Rincón, Alejandro Talavante, Andrés Roca Rey, Pablo Aguado, and Pepe Martínez.

In Spain, Ciudad Real's Feria de La Virgen del Prado concludes with a bullfight featuring Diego Ventura, Talavante, and Roca Rey. Melilla has announced its 2026 festival lineup for the Virgen de la Victoria, featuring Manuel Escribano, Emilio de Justo, and Marco Pérez. Additionally, Villar de la Yegua held a traditional event for children involving minibull runs.

In Mexico, the Tierra Nueva Regional Fair (FERETI 2026) is set for September 1–10, featuring musical acts and a K-pop themed presentation. Torreón will host its 2026 fair from September 5–20, introducing a new 'Plaza de Espectáculos' for rodeos and equestrian shows. Meanwhile, in Muna, Yucatán, a bullfight was canceled following a federal judge's ruling aimed at preventing animal cruelty during local festivities.
