Hermosillo launches sustainable La Campiña housing project
The municipal government of Hermosillo, led by Mayor Antonio Astiazarán, has launched the third stage of the La Campiña housing development. This phase includes the construction of 314 housing lots under the ‘Sello H 2.0’ scheme.
Designed to be sustainable and economically accessible, the homes will feature thermal insulation in the roofs, reflective waterproofing, and preparation for solar panel installation. Additionally, the units will be equipped with devices intended to reduce the consumption of water and electricity. The project aims to provide housing adapted to local climatic conditions while promoting resource efficiency.
The Sello H program is a collaborative effort between the Hermosillo City Council and the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Canadevi). The development is being executed in partnership with the company Construvisión.
