Hettich welcomes 56 new trainees for 2026

Hettich has welcomed 56 new trainees and students into its workforce for the 2026 training year. The cohort includes 48 individuals based in Ostwestfalen—comprising 44 apprentices across ten different professions and four dual-study students—as well as eight apprentices at the Frankenberg location.

To facilitate integration, the company organized orientation activities, including team-building exercises and a four-day sailing trip from September 7 to 10. The program aims to foster collaboration and mutual support between the different locations and generations of workers.
