Hezbollah launches rockets and missiles at Israel; Israeli forces kill militants in Lebanon
Hezbollah violated the cease‑fire agreement and fired rockets, anti‑tank missiles and mortars toward Israeli positions in southern Lebanon and Israel. The Israeli Air Force intercepted several projectiles and struck targets in Beirut and across southern Lebanon, while ground units eliminated four militants who approached Israeli forces.
The Israel Defense Forces said it remains on high alert and is preparing for possible retaliatory fire, but civil‑defence instructions have not yet changed. No casualties were reported from the attacks, and the IDF emphasized that it will continue to respond to any threats along the northern and southern borders.
