Hidalgo government advances digitalization of public services

The Government of Hidalgo is advancing the simplification and digitalization of administrative procedures and services to improve citizen engagement. Through the Unit of Planning and Prospecting of Hidalgo (UPLAPH) and in coordination with the Agency for Digital Transformation and Telecommunications (ATDT), 111 procedures have been simplified across nine public entities, including state and municipal agencies.

As part of this initiative, 353 requirements have been eliminated to facilitate access to public services. The state is preparing to launch the Digital Ecosystem of Procedures and Services of the State of Hidalgo, which will integrate various platforms to manage government transactions, payments, information dissemination, and the filing of complaints or reports.

Furthermore, the government will work with representatives from the ATDT to implement a National Model for the Standardization of Procedures and Services across the state's 84 municipalities and public administration.
