Hilton and Kalyani Group to develop dual-branded hotels in Bengaluru

Hilton Worldwide Holdings has signed an agreement with the Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group to develop two new hotels near Kempegowda International Airport in Karnataka, India. The project includes a Conrad Bengaluru Airport and a Hilton Bengaluru Airport, which will provide a combined total of 600 rooms.

The properties are slated to open in 2030 and will be located within the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park. Each hotel will feature 300 keys and include various amenities such as multiple restaurants, wellness facilities, and over 72,000 square feet of combined event and meeting space to serve business and leisure travelers.

This development marks the second collaboration between Hilton and Kalyani Group following the 2024 opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield. Hilton aims to expand its presence in India, with a goal of exceeding 400 hotels in the country over the next decade.
