Hisense rolls out new PX4 Pro laser projector and expands lineup in Malaysia
Hisense announced the PX4 Pro TriChroma Laser Cinema at a launch in Qingdao, China. The projector offers 80‑200‑inch images, 3,500 ANSI lumens, 118% BT.2020 colour coverage and FreeSync Premium features such as 1 ms latency, 2K 240 Hz refresh rate, VRR and Dolby Vision Gaming. Future updates will add Xbox Cloud Gaming via VIDAA.
In Malaysia, the company introduced a three‑model laser family – the XR10, PX4PRO and L9Q – all delivering 4K UHD resolution with Texas Instruments DLP chips. The XR10 targets large venues with up to 300‑inch screens, 6,000 ANSI lumens and a 6,000:1 contrast ratio. The PX4PRO is aimed at living‑room use, providing 3,500 ANSI lumens and IMAX Enhanced/Dolby Vision certification. The ultra‑short‑throw L9Q projects 80‑200‑inch images with 5,000 ANSI lumens and supports Dolby Vision Atmos. Both the XR10 and PX4PRO are priced at RM23,999, while the L9Q retails for RM29,999.
