Ho Chi Minh City allocates 128 properties for major infrastructure resettlement

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has issued a decision to allocate 128 residential plots and houses to facilitate resettlement for two major infrastructure projects: the Ben Thanh - Can Gio railway and Ring Road 4.

For the Ring Road 4 project, 40 land plots from the T30 resettlement area in Nha Be commune will be allocated to Hiep Phuoc commune. This allocation is intended for eligible households and individuals according to approved compensation and support plans. Local authorities are tasked with managing the handover process, ensuring all legal and technical documentation is transferred correctly.

Regarding the Ben Thanh - Can Gio railway project, the city has allocated 88 public assets for resettlement, consisting of 25 apartments and 63 land plots. These will serve eligible residents in various areas, including Ben Thanh, Xom Chieu, Tan Thuan, Binh Khanh, An Thoi Dong, and Can Gio. The Department of Construction has been assigned to announce the specific locations of the allocated apartments.
