Ho Chi Minh City infrastructure projects worth billions underway
Major infrastructure projects totaling tens of billions of dollars are being implemented around Van Phuc City in Ho Chi Minh City. These developments include the expansion of National Highway 13, with an investment of approximately 20,900 billion VND, and the construction of Metro Line 3B, which will connect Cong Hoa Six-way Intersection to Hiep Binh Phuoc with an estimated cost of $1.87 billion.
Additionally, a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project in the Hang Xanh area is planned with an expected investment exceeding $18.5 billion. These large-scale transport improvements are expected to enhance connectivity within the city and are being closely monitored by real estate investors due to their potential impact on property values in the region.
