Ho Chi Minh City tax authorities publish list of 1.4 trillion VND in tax debts

Tax Authority Base 14 in Ho Chi Minh City has released a public list of 4,587 taxpayers owing unpaid taxes and other state budget collections, totaling more than 1.442 trillion VND as of late September 2026.

Dat Lanh Real Estate Co., Ltd. leads the list of debtors, owing more than 103 billion VND, which accounts for over 7% of the total debt disclosed. Other major corporate debtors include Tan Vu Minh Construction - Investment and Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. (approximately 42 billion VND), Saigon Technology Engineering JSC (41 billion VND), and Hung Dao Container JSC (over 39 billion VND).

The list also includes several government agencies, administrative units, and educational institutions. Notable debtors among these include various People's Committees in the Binh Thanh District, the Binh Thanh District Department of Education and Training, and several schools such as Asia Pacific Private High School.
