Ho Chi Minh City to deploy 168 Digital Citizen Stations by 2027

Ho Chi Minh City Police, Long Chau Pharmacy and Vaccination System, and GoTrust have signed a cooperation plan to expand the Digital Citizen Station model across Ho Chi Minh City. This initiative aims to deploy at least 168 stations in wards, communes, and special zones by the end of the second quarter of 2027.

The project is part of the implementation of Project 06 (2026–2030), a government directive focused on digital transformation and innovation. The rollout plan targets 100 stations in 2026, followed by an additional 68 stations in early 2027. These stations are designed to provide free digital utilities and services to residents, shifting administrative management toward a service-oriented approach that prioritizes citizens and businesses.
